• By submitting a design or request, you confirm that you own the rights to the design or have the appropriate permissions.
• We reserve the right to refuse any project or service request that violates laws, infringes on intellectual property, or we deem inappropriate.

3. Custom Orders and File Submissions

• All custom orders must be accompanied by detailed design files and specifications.
• We are not responsible for errors or inaccuracies in the provided files or descriptions.
• Any required changes to the design after submission may incur additional costs.

4. Pricing and Payment

• Prices are subject to change based on material, complexity, and size of the project.
• Full payment is required prior to commencing work on custom orders.
• All payments are final, and refunds will only be issued under exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

5. Production and Delivery

• Estimated production times are provided as guidelines and may vary based on project complexity and workload.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to supply chain disruptions or shipping delays.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We are not liable for any damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from the use of our services or products.
• Clients assume all risks associated with the use and functionality of the final product.

7. Intellectual Property

• Designs created by you remain your intellectual property. However, we retain the right to use photos of completed projects for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
• Any custom designs or modifications made by us as part of the service remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.

8. Returns and Refunds

• Due to the custom nature of our services, all sales are final.
• Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction with the result of custom orders if the final product matches the approved design specifications.
• If an item is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us within [3] days for a resolution.

9. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved through arbitration in the Cayman Islands, governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands.
