- All sales are final.
- Custom-printed or bespoke items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or do not match the approved design specifications.
2. Defective or Damaged Items
- If an item is defective or damaged upon delivery, you must notify us within [3] days of receiving the product.

- Upon verification, we will determine whether a replacement, repair, or partial refund is appropriate.
3. Order Approval
- Before production begins, clients are required to review and approve all design files and specifications.
- We are not liable for issues arising from errors in approved designs or files provided by the client.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Dissatisfaction with the final product if it matches the approved design and specifications.
- Errors or inaccuracies in client-provided design files.
- Improper use, handling, or storage of products after delivery.
- Damage caused by third parties or external factors after delivery.
5. Shipping and Delivery Issues
- We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused during shipping by third-party couriers.
- Clients should file claims directly with the shipping provider if an issue occurs during transit.
6. Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled prior to the start of production for a full refund.
- Once production begins, cancellations are not permitted, and no refunds will be issued.
7. Return Process
- If a return is approved, the client is responsible for shipping the item back to us in its original condition.
- Return shipping costs are the client’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or mistake on our part.
